The Bimbo Global Race, an annual race established by Grupo Bimbo CEO, Daniel Servitje, encourages associates and participants from around the world to come together, and get active to help Nourish a Better World.

Last week, a remarkable 300,000+ runners from 17 countries came together to Nourish a Better World by taking part in the 2023 Bimbo Global Race, both virtually and in person.

In the United States, Bimbo Bakeries USA had over 23,000 participants – 8,000 that came together in the host city of Los Angeles and over 15,500 virtually! For every person who registered for the Virtual Bimbo Global Race in the U.S., BBU donated two slices of bread to Feeding America and 20 slices of bread for every person who registered for the in-person race. This year, BBU will donate 191,542 slices of bread to nine Feeding America food banks across the country.

The theme of the 2023 event was "The Good We Share," highlighting the joy that comes from sharing good times with loved ones.
