Internships
Start building your professional network while you are still in school! Gain hands-on work experience in your field of study while also developing the necessary skills for long-term career success. Internships conclude with the opportunity to present to Bimbo Bakeries USA senior leaders. This is a full-time, 10-week paid assignment and is open to students who are currently enrolled as a sophomore or junior in an undergrad program of study.
Co-Ops
Apply the theories you learn in the classroom to hands-on work experience! Develop the skills necessary for long-term career success and problem-solve real business needs. Co-ops conclude with the opportunity to and present your ideas to Bimbo Bakeries USA senior leaders.
This is a full-time 5-month paid assignment and is open to students currently enrolled as a sophomore, junior or senior in an undergraduate program of study.
MBA Summer Associate Internship
Experience Bimbo Bakeries USA operations first-hand! Work on strategic projects integral to the business and provide your analysis and recommendations to improve. MBA internships conclude with the opportunity to present your ideas to Bimbo Bakeries USA senior leaders.
This is a full-time 12-week paid assignment and is open to second-year MBA students.
Early Career Rotational Program
Work with cross-functional, global networks through rotational assignments within our Bakeries, Sales Centers and Center of Excellence teams! Gain leadership exposure and build the necessary business acumen and skills to step into a leadership role.
This is a full-time 2-year rotational job. The program is open to graduating students and professionals who graduated in the past 24 months with a 3.0 GPA and proven leadership experiences on or off campus.
